Return and Refund Declaration
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase
Please check it as soon as possible after receipt! We want you to be satisfied with all of the purchases you make at Shimmerheat.com.au.
For items purchased on Shimmerheat.com.au, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Merchandise must be in new unused condition. All returns require the original sales receipt or packing list, or a copy. Returns will be credited in the original form of payment. Ring sizings are non-refundable
Unfortunately, custom designed or engraved items are non-returnable. However, if you notice an error or defect in the item that you received, please contact us as soon as possible. These issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
You can talk to our team about an exception to get a refund due to any irregular circumstances. If we give this exception you will still be liable for a 25% restocking fee per returned item, otherwise an exchange for an item of equal value will be processed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, the wrong size or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will help you with instructions.
If an item is used or dirty, we will not be able to replace it.
